Maison du Pont, Chambre d'Hote (Bed & Breakfast), Le Pont de L'Hospital (above) is a situated right on the banks of the river Maronne about 400 metres from where it joins with the River Dordogne. The house is surrounded by fields and walking from the font door you very soon find yourself beside a waterfall or in a totally unspoilt valley with orchids and any number of other wild flowers.

The delightful market town of Argentat is only about 3 kilometres away with its attractive riverside restaurants and other excellent eating-places. The area is well known for its good food and wine; there are many others within easy reach and we will be happy to point you in the right direction.

We have a choice of holiday cottages. One is situated on the edge of the village of La Roche Canillac, above the gorge of the river Doustre, which joins the Dordogne just above Argentat. There is also a riverside family house at St Bazile with 3 bedrooms: ideal for any keen fly fisherman as the Doustre is a premier 1 cat. trout river. We also have a beautiful country cottage for the family with 2 acres of garden. Finally, we have a country house at St Bonnet sleeping 5/6 in 3 bedrooms and a village cottage sleeping 2 people set in a secret garden high above the valley of the Dordogne. All properties are situated within breathtakingly beautiful countryside.
